Lost & Found Art Co operates as a wholesale business and welcomes new stockists! Simply click on our Like to be a Stockist? page, submit the online form with your store details & once approved, you will be emailed an account activation for access to wholesale pricing and easy online ordering.
Orders can be placed online once access to our wholesale site has been approved.
Lost & Found Art Co operates on a postcode exclusivity basis so upon placement of your order, your store secures the range for your postcode. This arrangement is reviewed yearly & upheld with regular placement of orders. Please ensure you list your store address only to make life easy for everyone!
Woodblocks, Ply Prints, Wild West Cacti & Paper Prints are sold in single units. Gift Tags are sold as a set of 6 for the 1 unit price.
GST is applicable but not included within the unit price and will be added at the checkout. Freight costs will be determined once the order is ready for shipping.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon placement of an order. Please check over this and get in touch ASAP if there are any changes to be made.
A 1st order minimum of $300.00 pre GST & freight is required to establish the brand in your store with all further orders accepted with no minimum quantities. Please keep in mind that freight is an additional charge and will need to be factored in to your order.
Payment for all orders is required before dispatch on a pro-forma basis. An invoice will be emailed once the order is ready and will include extra charges for freight to your location. Payments are via Direct Deposit with the banking details included on your invoice.
All Lost & Found Art Co products are handmade to order and delivery time will be dependent on my workload and your location. At the time of ordering, I can give you an approximate time of delivery and will try my hardest to accommodate your needs.
Please let me know if you have a preferred carrier that we may be able to use or otherwise, freight will be calculated with the most reliable & economic carrier to your door.
All items in the Lost & Found Art Co range are handmade, with some using mixed media materials that create the unique look of Lost & Found Art Co. Thus, it is expected that mixed media items may have differences in texture, resin, wood grain or slight colour variations. You need to be aware of this as items can only be returned due to structural faults and not a perceived imperfection that is actually a feature of the product.
Please notify us via email of any damages occurred in transit within 5 days of receiving your order. Please send a couple of informative happy snaps with your email that we can then pass on to the carrier. :)
Lost & Found Art Co will not accept any items for exchange or refund based on change of mind or incorrect suitability for your store.
